Meramec Valley Ki Society (MVKS) is a member of Midland Ki Federation and was formerly called Ki-West. It was founded in June 1999 by Sue Shepard.

We train in the art of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, also known as Ki Aikido. We explore mind-body coordination through the art of Aikido, and with exercises tailored specifically for this culivation. Classes are typically an hour and a half long, and cover basic self-defense, mind-body coordination training, and stretching and flexiblity.
